Please ensure all information you provide is accurate and correct. If any false information is provided then we reserve the right to reject your request to open an account. If at a later stage, including after your account has been approved, we discover that you provided false information we reserve the right to immediatly terminate your account and cancel any licences and purchases without any liability to you. In this event you will not be provided with any refunds.

An accurately and correctly filled out for does nor guarantee automatic access. It is at our sole discretion and may approve or disapprove any form.

Once your form is approved you will be sent an email notifying you of approval along with a password to access and purchase from the Pattern Library.
